Do I pay per user for this service?

Not at all, our SpamExperts spam filter is billed at $10.00/month per domain. This will cover all of the mailboxes that are set up under a single domain.

The addition of additional domain names to your email service will require further spam filter licenses at the rate listed above.

Where is my Office 365 backup hosted?

Like all of our services, we’ve ensured that all email backup solutions are hosted in a secure data-centre right here in Australia.

For redundancy purposes, your email backup is stored in a separate secure data centre to your emails. This ensures that in the unlikely event of an outage, your email back is not affected is still able to be recovered quickly and easily.
